We all make mistakes but it’s how it’s dealt with that counts and this seller was great. The record was still new, the packaging was good quality so it arrived without any damage and the record is in perfect condition. The price was fair too. I’m still happy overall and I would buy from this seller again.

Excellent customer service, very happy, having purchased here before . Packaging was fine, no damage to items enclosed. 🙂🙂

There were some delivery issues but it wasn’t the sellers fault (Royal Mail issue), the sellers responded quickly to my communications, reassured me and resolved the issue. So based on this order I would recommend the seller.
